How long does the programme take?+

On average the programme takes 3 months, but it always depends on the scope of the project. Rome wasn't built in a day, so you can't expect your reality to change in a week.

Will you stop my operation to implement this?+

No. The implementation is designed to cause no disruption. Phased, reversible and built alongside your day-to-day operations.

Do you work with businesses outside Portugal?+

Right now we're 100% focused on bringing operational excellence to Portuguese SMEs, so they're more competitive at home and, above all, abroad. We want to "save" Portugal first.

Which AI tools do you use?+

Choosing the tools is one of the decisions we make during the mapping. We're not partnered with any specific vendor, which lets us recommend what makes sense for your business, not what pays the biggest commission.

Which sectors do you have experience in?+

Our focus is on service businesses: solar panels, construction, maintenance, home services. But we have case studies in other sectors too: textiles, clinics and healthcare, finance, creative agencies. Some business principles apply to every sector, and anyone can benefit from them.
